COVID-19 Biosecurity Plans for Guests at Sweet Pepper Ranch

For your safety and ours, we ask for the following considerations:
For the foreseeable future we are no longer able to offer breakfast nor cooking/handling of any food. We ask that you not go in or near our kitchen. (For guests staying inside, we will have a coffee maker, coffee and fruit set up for you on your bathroom counter.)
Please do a 6 to 10-foot social distancing with us and any of our SPR horse boarders outside.
Please keep yourself, your family members, and all pets to your side of the house (for guests staying inside.)
Please keep pets on a leash when inside the house and never leave them unattended.
Please wear a mask in the house when you are not in your room or the bathroom.
Please wash your hands and use hand sanitizer whenever possible. We will be doing the same.
For your peace of mind:
We will clean your room at least 24 hours prior to your arrival and will not enter your room nor your bathroom after cleaning nor while you are staying here.
We will only have one set of guests staying inside with us at any given time. (There may be others staying outside in their self-contained living quarters.)
We will wait 48 hours after your visit to clean your room — so please put any wet towels in the tub and do not leave anything damp or that will stain on the carpet or elsewhere in the room.
We apologize for any inconvenience or awkwardness these biosecurity measures might create but we want you to know we sincerely care about your health and comfort.
