No boarding openings – all lesson and training spots are full.
WE DO NOT DO OFFER TRAIL RIDES, BIRTHDAY PARTIES, LESSONS HORSES, NOR HORSE RENTALS.
Glamping Tent —
$120/night, includes use of pool and pergola, WiFi, and enjoying our ranch atmosphere!
Custom-made wall tent on a wooden platform with real wooden walls. Two single, comfy beds have linens and warm blankets, furnished with rustic ranch ambience, and located near the porta-potty. Access to full indoor bathroom facilities is included. At sunset, enjoy your privacy with a glass of wine on the cute little deck while listening to the nearby horses munch their hay – and barn owls overhead. Includes coffee and breakfast pastry.
Horse Motel/Short-term Boarding –
$30/horse/night (multiple horse discount available)
Individual 12×12 indoor panel pens or round pen (inside indoor area) with water. Includes stall cleaning
and use of indoor/outdoor arenas for exercising horses. Hay available $5/horse
Additional services available: blanketing, hand walking, grooming, lessons/training, assistance with
loading – inquire for rates.
Extended Stay Boarding (3 days or more) –
$25/horse/night (health certificate and negative Coggins required)
Guest Barn – individual paddocks w/ attached runs (12’ x 52’), automatic waterers, feeders, rubber stall mats. Includes hay, use of indoor and outdoor arenas, trail obstacles, round pen and wash rack as well as stall cleaning. Weather permitting, owners can use limited pasture.

Overnight LQ/RV – porta potty use, pool, and WiFi standard on all
DELUXE – $45 includes power/water hook-up, in-house use of private full bathroom, patio/grill use
GOLD – $35 includes power/water hook-up
STANDARD – $25 parking only
Tent Camping—
$30/ 2 people, $5/additional person. Includes use of private indoor full bathroom, porta-potty,
Pool/patio/grill, WiFi.
Monthly boarding – Guest Barn, $430/horse/month; Individual paddocks w/ attached runs (12’ x 52’), automatic waterers, feeders, rubber stall mats. Includes hay, use of indoor and outdoor arenas, trail obstacles, round pen and wash rack as well as stall cleaning. Weather permitting, owners can use limited pasture.
Pets are welcomed with travelers – $20 pet fee/family/night. Please be aware that we have our own pets and there is livestock in the neighborhood. Chasing pets or stock is not tolerated.
